As our nursery is registered under the 'FARMERS FLAT RATE' scheme, no V.A.T. is payable on the quoted prices.

Acknowledgment of Orders
All orders are acknowledged and given an expected delivery date. Please notify us if there is a problem with the delivery date or if at this time you wish to cancel your order. You can also request a phone call at time of dispatch and for this please supply us with a day time telephone number.
Times of Dispatch
All Hardy Perennials are dispatched all year round. Optimum seasons being Autumn and Spring. We are in a position to dispatch all plants to countries that are members of the EEC. Please ask for a quote for Packing and Carriage.
Heights
The heights quoted in this catalogue are meant as a guide only. This may vary under different conditions. 30cm = 1ft.
Arrival of order
Please, on arrival of order, unpack your parcel immediately and notify us in writing within 7 days of any problems. Please read the instructions with your plants, this may answer some of your questions.
Guarantee
All our hardy plants come with a 12 months guarantee. If you need to contact us about a plant that has failed please supply order number. Please contact us in the first instance by letter and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. The same applies to incorrectly named plants. We try to ensure all plants are correct but unfortunately mistakes happen from time to time.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling, which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
Please make sure you follow any care instructions we supply with the plants while they are in your care.
Data Protection
We do operate a computer data system but none of our information is passed on to any 3rd parties
